I have over 20 years as a certified personal trainer. As your fitness professional, I will partner with you and advise you on appropriate exercises and activities, designed to protect you from injury and increase your overall strength and well-being. I will support you emotionally as needed to get you over normal plateaus and obstacles that occur. As your "fitness coach" I will hold you responsible and keep you on track. I will listen to your feedback, and make necessary modifications to your exercise program, so we can reach goals safely and effectively.
